SpaceRig is a space vehicle processing, testing and handling service designed for an era of frequent launch, more time-responsive mission applications, and a proliferation of space operators.
OUR MISSION
We enable rapid spacecraft processing and deployment
TESTING AND QUALIFICATION
Offering the first fully transportable and deployable thermal vacuum (TVAC) chamber, sized for ESPA-class spacecraft, Our deployable TVAC service is currently operational and taking customers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
SpaceRig is planning a full suite of test services. Future environmental services include vibe, accelerated stress, atomic oxygen, outgassing. HIL/SIL spacecraft testing is also planned.
PROPELLANT HANDLING & LOADING
Rapid automated propellant loading, with multiple common spacecraft propellants. Responsively prepare maneuverable spacecraft at a moment’s notice. SpaceRig currently offers rapid fueling services for hydrazine-class propellants.
Future services to include oxidizer (NTO), green propellants (ASCENT, LMP, HTP, Nitrous) and noble gases (Xenon, Krypton, Argon)
DELIVERY, PROCESSING AND STORAGE
Deployable transport and fueling facilities for rapid pre-launch processing. Developed in collaboration with the U.S. Space Force, SpaceRig is redefining what it means to conduct responsive space ground operations and processing.
PLANNING AND DESIGN
SpaceRig provides space vehicle design services, embracing ‘design for manufacture’ for advanced spacecraft. For developers of advanced thrusters or sensors, SpaceRig design services can be leveraged to provide ISAM activities (in-space servicing, assembly or manufacture) without having to worry about the spacecraft vehicle design or build logistics.

With an HQ in New York, a development center in Seattle and a planned logistics center in the southeast U.S. SpaceRig will soon cover the corners of the continent and industry.

Our systems are designed around deployable containerised infrastructure, as well as novel logistics techniques to streamline everything from the time a mission is ordered to the time it is mated to the launch vehicle. This relieves operators of the risk and expense of maintaining their own spacecraft production capability and lets them focus on being operators.
